A Creole style villa for 4 guests, built on the side of the hillside between Grand Bourg and Capesterre in the midst of tropical vegetation but with beautiful panoramic views and sunsets from the large terrace that surrounds the house. On very clear days you can see from Martinique to the Soufrière volcano on Guadeloupe, Dominica, the Saintes Islands and below the emerald clear waters of the lagoon of the Basses.

The house is only 500 metres from the sea and 50 metres above sea level and thus nicely cooled by the Trade Winds. There are two bedrooms and a kitchen, all communicating with the terrace which acts as a living area.

The closed area of the kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, wide kitchen sink and refrigerator, the open work area for preparation looks out over the sea.

Both rooms are air-conditioned, with king-size beds with nets, a shower-room and W.C..
The larger room also has a lounge area with sofa, desk, and television.

Single beds can also be arranged for the smaller room if required.

Sheets, towels (2 by person), kitchen cloths, are supplied and replaced each week.

For a stay of a week, the owners prepare your first evening meal and your first breakfast. They will meet you at the harbour or the aerodrome and provide you with advice and assistance during your stay.
