On the hillside known as Morne Lalane just outside the village of Grand-Bourg, the house and the flush level pool have an exceptional view over the Caribbean sea with Dominica and the Saintes islands in the distance.

The four rooms are air conditioned and equipped with large double beds with nets. Each room has a sea view and its own bathroom with shower.

The living room is spacious with all modern conveniences, hi-fi, television and books.

The open plan kitchen leads off the living area. It has a bar, is equipped with a washing-machine, oven, two refrigerators, electric vitro-ceramic plates, microwave, mixer, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

At the back of the house is a service kitchen with washing machine and ironing board.

The Gallery (the covered patio) extends over an area of 290 m² and includes a dining area for open-air eating.

There are also two living areas on the terrace with reclining chairs and beach beds. At the end of the patio is a large barbecue area.

Services

• Transfer from the port all the small aerodrome just a few miles away.
• All the laundry is provided including sheets, bath towels and household cloths.
• A cleaning lady comes for four hours per week.
• You should provide your own beach towels.
