This villa in a lovely position right over the water offers great value for money. It is situated in the southern part of the island in a small sheltered bay, 4 kms (2.5 miles) from Grand-Bourg and 8 kms (5 miles) from Capesterre.

The villa is surrounded by a terrace which extends out to the sea which remains quite shallow for a long way. there is a little beach besides the house which is not the greatest but is fine for childrten and there are other spectacular beaches nearby.

There are two independent bedrooms, opening to the beach, as well as a studio apartment, which can be rented separately or together with the rest of the villa. The huge terrace is fitted with wooden outdoor armchairs and hammocks. The dining corner extends to a sun-deck above the sea, where you can laze and suntan in deckchairs.

On the ground floor:
Living room, completely equipped kitchen, washing machine and bathroom with shower and WC.

The two bedrooms have a separate entrance, air-conditioning and their own bathroom with shower and WC:
Bedroom 1 - double bed 180 cm (king-size)
Bedroom 2 - double bed 180 cm (king-size) or 2 single beds 90 cm

In addition there is a mezzanine platform which leads up from the main sitting area which has a further double bed 160cm (queen-size) and 2 single beds 80cm and ceiling fan. This is a perfectly good sleeping area but it should be noted that it is not completely isolated from the general living area.

The studio apartment has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC and private terrace, it can be adapted for either a king-size bed 180cm or 2 single beds of 90cm.

Both the studio and the main house are part of the same building but offer significant privacy. Using separate entrances and having separate terraces.
