Caribbean - Nevis - Villa Veranda

This caribbean style villa called "Villa Veranda" sleeps 8 people.

Located on “Jones Estate” near to Oualie Beach, the best location in Nevis, great for children with safe shallow water, where you can sunbathe or enjoy diving excursions, sailing and windsurfing. Charlestown, (main shopping), is 5 miles away and the Four Seasons Resort, (where golf and tennis are available), is 3 miles away.

Veranda has 3/4 acre of garden and wonderful views to the sea.

The modern house is built in true "Caribbean" style, with wide verandas around the main accommodation. The property has cable TV, DVD, VHS, phone and Internet.

There is a fabulous 30ft private swimming pool at the rear of the house, with an ornamental waterfall and a Gazebo, (with fan in roof), where you can eat lunch.

The spacious living room is fitted with twin ceiling fans to keep cool, comfortable sofas to sit on, Cable TV, DVD, VHS machine, and Hi-Fi units. There is a dining table for eating or working at.

The modern kitchen has an overhead ceiling fan. It is fitted with a large refrigerator - freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave-convection oven, coffee percolator, juicer, and a toaster. There are ample working surfaces with twin sinks. Cutlery and crockery for 8 people, and a breakfast bar with 3 high swing chairs.

The air conditioned Master Bedroom has its own walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. There are also twin-ceiling fans, which are usually more than adequate to keep cool at night. There is a wide and comfortable king size double bed. The room connects to a smaller room in which a child or baby can sleep if they needed to be near to parents. The bedroom has doors opening onto the surrounding terraces. On the lower floor there are two more air conditioned bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The wonderful open Bar-Lounge area is fully screened with mosquito nets and is the place where you will probably eat and entertain. There are twin-ceiling fans to keep cool in the daytime. The table seats 8 people and there are comfortable chairs and sofas for relaxing during those warm Caribbean evenings. To the west you have a view of St.Kitts and the sea, with spectacular sunsets at dusk.
