Anniversary House is comprised of three seperate pavilions, a courtyard, tropical gardens, a horizon pool and breathtaking panoramic views.

The Great Room pavilion includes a fully equipped kitchen, a separate wet bar with ice maker and small fridge, serving counter with seating for four and an eight place dining table. All of these areas as well as the living area enjoy spectacular Caribbean views framed by multiple doorways and large windows with cushioned window seats. The three sides of the Great Room facing the water are surrounded by a wrap-around, covered veranda with large Viking grill, eight place teak table and uninterrupted views.

The two remaining pavilions house four bedroom/bathroom suites, each with its own private covered deck. All the suites, like the main pavilion, are uniquely furnished with elegant but informal furniture, antiques and artwork.

Anniversary House’s hilltop location, with water on three sides, provides marvellous views from each window, shower and deck. Although the Caribbean’s prevailing trade winds provide cooling breezes, all bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.
