Just steps from the sea, Villa Bellamare is a 4030 square-foot private villa overlooking a pristine Caribbean bay, providing the perfect combination of secluded natural beauty and contemporary domestic comforts, including maid service. In a wonderful natural setting, Bellamare offers a swimming pool, coral stone decking, poolside wet bar and gas grill, an expansive covered veranda, a sun deck, verdant landscaping and expansive seating areas.

The owners have created a unique and comfortable home of handcrafted furniture: assorted balconies and terraces to enjoy the spectacular views across the sea to neighbouring islands; the decor combines Caribbean colours of blue, turquoise, plum and lime; cathedral style ceilings of cypress; Spanish tiled and tropical wood floors leading to coral stone terraces; a garden of richly coloured plants and a taste of luxury to ensure sophisticated relaxation.

ACCOMMODATION
Bellamare consists of a two storey main house and a two-storey guest house (Sea Pod), separated by the pool and a covered walkway.

MAIN HOUSE
The house comprises a large, open-plan sitting room, a dining area and modern kitchen leading to covered, sea-facing dining terrace; staircase up to one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea-facing balcony; one twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom.

A modern gourmet kitchen is on the first floor of the main house. It is equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a cooking island with gas stovetop and microwave, a generous counter space. The counter tops are blue glass tiled and the cabinetry is cypress.

The dining area faces out towards the veranda with a lovely view of Mahoe Bay. The semi-formal dining room accommodates eight-to-ten guests at a wrought iron and wood table designed and crafted exclusively for Bellamare.  This area is divided through arches from the living room and some steps leading to the second floor. The living room is equipped with generous seating for reading, game playing, or just relaxing, in addition to the stereo and TV/VCR.  The covered veranda that extends the entire length of both these rooms is visible through the sliding doors.

Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with full en-suite baths, king or twin-to-king beds, hardwood floors and a charming balcony off the master bedroom offering peace and privacy at the end of the day.

GUEST HOUSE (Sea Pod)
The Sea Pod is a separate building joined to the Main House by a covered walkway. Inside, the building is split into two air-conditioned studio apartments, each featuring a king or queen-sized bed, full bath with al fresco glass-block shower, refrigerator/bar, telephone, internet port and a balcony with beautiful views of the bay. The Sea Pod is perfect for children, adult family members, and friends. The Sea Pod's two floors are identical with exception of the stairs on the left hand side.

The veranda is frequently used at the end of the day as it is in the shade yet provides a beautiful sunset view over Mahoe Bay and George Dog island.

The pool with wet bar and a seating area next to the sun deck with a gas grill are at your disposal.

Bellamare offers a high standard of comfort with dramatic views.
