The house set in tropical gardens abounding with coconut palms, a swimming pool and taning area, is surrounded by covered patios that include an alfresco bar, bbq, outside dining area and comfortable lounging space. 

The large amount of external space make it perfect for family reunions, weddings and receptions.

The Great Room with dramatic Cathedral style ceiling is spacious yet comfortable with beautiful views. For great BBQ’s and dinner parties, you’ll enjoy the modern well equipped gourmet kitchen with centre island and indoor dining area that comfortably seats ten.

Sliding glass doors on three sides of the Great Room invite you out to the outside covered patio lounging and dining area and pool.

Coconut Grove boasts five bedrooms with baths en-suite. All are equal in size and feature king-size beds, air-conditioning, phone, cable TV and private balconies with colourful ocean views. In addition, one upper and one lower suite offer trundle beds for up to four more guests.

The upper floor is wheel chair friendly and includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are decorated in relaxing tones of cool greens and sandy beiges, highlighted with a stylish blend of wicker and antiques. A spiral staircase leads to two additional bedrooms and baths on the lower level.

From the Great Room, an interior spiral staircase leads to the lower level hallway, where you will find two additional bedrooms and the pathway down to the nearby beach. In addition, an upper and one lower suite each offer trundle beds for up to 4 more guests.

A short 5 minute stroll west takes you to the Leverick Bay Resort & Marina, where dingy, motor, or sail boats are offered for adventuring to uninhabited islands with beautiful sandy beaches.  Some guests choose water skiing, snorkelling, diving or hiking to Gorda Peak.

A twenty minute ride across Virgin Gorda will take you to The Baths, a "must see", where giant boulders form a maze of warm water pools.

Whether your style is to lounge by the pool with a good novel and a Pina Colada, play tennis at the resort or explore our small, quaint island with its many awesome beaches, you can be sure that in Virgin Gorda......Life is Good!
