The hamlet of Katserata is atop a hill a few kilometres south of Fiscardo – just a few houses surrounded by beautiful hillsides of olive groves and grazing pastures for sheep. The Katserata Villas are on the hilltop edge of the hamlet and have breathtaking panoramic views of Ithaca, Lefkas, Paxos and nearby valleys of silver olive and green cypress trees. The setting is peaceful and dramatic. Immediately below the villas is a six hundred year old vineyard producing the Mavrodaphne grape.

Set on separate hillside terraces with the owner’s and caretaker’s house at the top, each of the Katserata Villas provides privacy and a high standard of comfort. Recently completed, the modern interiors are stylishly furnished and open out on to a variety of comfortable terraces, bordered by bougainvillaea and pine trees, in sun and shade.

Fiscardo and its nearby beaches are a ten minute drive away. The surrounding landscape has an undulating “Alpine” feel and there are many interesting walks with spectacular views. Assos is only a twenty-minute drive away. The village of Manganos, two kilometres away, has a taverna, minimarket and a sleepy café bar.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Maistro: open-plan sitting room, dining area and modern kitchen with dishwasher, leading to sea-facing terrace; one double bedroom leading to sea-facing terrace; one twin- bedded room; two bathrooms each with shower (one with hydro massage jets).
Villa Levante: two adjacent, detached villas, each with same accommodation as Villa Maistro. The two villas of Levante are rented as one unit so if just taken by a party wanting two bedrooms, the second villa will remain empty.

Maistro and Levante have air-conditioning and ceiling fans; satellite TV/DVD & CD player; gas barbecue.
