The Waterfront Apartments comprise what was once the oldest and largest Venetian house in Fiscardo. Each apartment commands spectacular views across the olive fringed bay to the sixth century basilica on a promontory of pine trees.  Waterfront clients can swim directly below the apartments and can also moor their hired boats to the jetty.

A beach, with olive trees for shade, lies within a walk or a swim of one minute. All entrance areas, steps and waterfront verandahs have been laid with local stone and bordered by plants and grapevines. The interiors incorporate spacious rooms with ceramic tiled floors, attractive pine furniture, wide sitting out areas and large windows to capture the special views. Being so close to the water the apartments enjoy the cool sea breezes throughout the hot summer months. We highly recommend the Waterfront Apartments for their unique position above the sea.
