Georgakis House is one of the impressive, traditional village houses, which line the Kioni waterfront and enjoy superb and unobstructed views across the bay.

The owners have restored the house carefully to preserve its original nineteenth Century character and to add the modern comforts of an attractive home. The large sitting room leads out on to a balcony overlooking the waterfront: an entertaining vantage point to survey the comings and goings of yachts below and the smaller fishing boats in the port itself. To the rear of the house is a private terrace, bordered by a pomegranate and lemon tree.

One double bedroom and one small twin-bedded room; sitting room leading to sea-facing balcony; kitchen; bathroom with bath.

Maid service.

A hired boat can be moored in the harbour.
