Phoebe is a large, traditional island house which has been converted with care to produce a beautiful family holiday home.

From its hillside position, about ten minutes’ walk away from Kioni waterfront, the house’s large flagstoned verandah and balcony provide spectacular views across silver olive trees and Kioni Bay.

A general store is within a ten minute walk. Bathing can be enjoyed either in Kioni Bay or at two beaches on the other side of the hill behind Phoebe.

A eucalyptus and an almond tree give shade to the verandah while the bedroom balconies catch the sun for most of the day. Ceramic floor tiles and high ceilings keep the house cool. Phoebe is a spacious house with a special vantage position.

ACCOMMODATION
Two twin-bedded rooms, one leading out through french windows to a wide sea-facing balcony; one double bedroom with french windows leading to balcony; large open-plan kitchen and sitting room with dining area; large bathroom with shower; flagstoned verandah with sun loungers.

Maid service.

A hired boat can be moored in the harbour.
