The Koukla Apartment is the top floor of a two storey property situated near the top of the valley behind Kioni waterfront.  

The owners live overseas and the lower apartment is therefore unoccupied for most of the season.

Views from Koukla’s front balcony of Kioni Bay are unobstructed and impressive. The Apartment is attractively furnished and spacious.

The walk up to Koukla from the waterfront takes ten minutes and is fairly steep.

ACCOMMODATION
One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower; one bedroom with bunk beds, opening out onto side balcony; one twin-bedded room; open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen with French windows leading to sea-facing balcony; second bathroom with bath.

Maid Service.

A hired boat can be moored in Kioni harbour.
