ACCOMMODATION
The villa accommodates a total of 12 people in 7 bedrooms (5 bathrooms plus one guest WC).

The villa comprises of: (1) Entrance floor- small living room, dining area for 12 persons, open-plan kitchen and small breakfast corner, beautiful arch window with sea view, French doors opening onto a shaded veranda with built-in seating (plus dining facilities) and wonderful sea view.

Interior staircase leads to the (2) Upper floor - master double bedroom with a fireplace, small private balcony overlooking the garden, the pool and the sea; opens onto a veranda with built-in seating and sea view. Twin bedroom (single beds in L arrangement), which opens onto a veranda with sea view. These 2 bedrooms share a WC/bath.

On the lower floor there is a spacious corridor with plenty of built-in wardrobe space and 4 bedrooms, a twin and a single, sharing a WC/bath, a small double bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite WC/shower and 1 single bedroom with WC/shower. Also on this lower floor, there is an additional fully equipped kitchen, part of which is separated and used as a storage and laundry area.

Attached to the main house with its own entrance beside the main entrance, there is an independent guest double room with kitchenette and WC/shower room.

Plenty of landscaped exterior grounds with the freshwater swimming pool (ca.50 sqm) dominating the seafront part of the plot.

There is a caretaker couple living in an apartment located by the property gate, totally separated by the villa and its land.

Covered parking area by the gate and the caretaker house. Also, there are 2 safes in the villa located in two different areas of the house, and a security alarm has been installed recently.

Maid service daily including week-ends and linen change every 3-4 days. Baby-sitting on request.

Distances:  Approx. 500 m to the rocky shore in front of the property (accessible by small path road). Approx. 15 kms from Mykonos town and port, 13 kms from the airport, 1,200 m from the sandy beach of Lia.
