This is a complex of pretty houses built recently with a lot of care to detail. The houses have been built in traditional style using stone. We stayed here on our last visit to Patmos and were very well looked after.

The houses stand in the area of Sapsila, five minutes from Grikos, ten minutes from Hora, and about a hundred meters from the nearest beach. The owners were very careful to keep the design within the framework of the traditional local architecture, and gave special attention to the choice of building materials as well as to the detail of interior decoration. Though the houses are not far from Hora, they are sufficiently distant for nothing to disturb the quiet peace and relaxation afforded by the view of the blue water.

ASTEROPI (sleeps up to 4)
The entrance through well-kept gardens leads to a reed-shaded veranda. The total living space for 4 people measures 80 m²on two levels. It offers functional rooms but laid out in an attractive unusual way. The ground floor has a living-room with a fireplace, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor with the second bedroom, which has an extra-wide wooden double bed. The west-facing veranda overlooks the sea.

MEROPI (sleeps up to 6)
This is the largest of the seven buildings, comprising 90 m² and designed for four to six persons; it has two bathrooms. Downstairs there is a living-room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The view of the sea from the big veranda is magical. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which has an open bedroom with twin beds, as well as another bedroom with a balcony facing the sea.

KELENO (sleeps up to 4)
This is a 70 m² home for four persons. The downstairs includes a living-room, the kitchen, and a bathroom. There is also a large veranda looking towards the East and the sunrise. The space under the stairs is used as a guestroom with a double bed. The upper floor has a large, light bedroom with bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea.

TAYGETI (sleeps up to 4)
This also measures 70 m² for four persons. Downstairs there is the living-room, the kitchen, a bathroom, and a corner with double bed, as well as, a veranda with view of the sea. The upstairs floor has a big bedroom, and a bathroom.

ALKIONI (sleeps up to 4)
This is a home of 80 m² for four persons. It contains a living-room with a fireplace, a kitchen, bathroom, and separate bedroom with a traditional wooden double bed. A second, double -bed bedroom is on the upper floor. There are also two large verandas with wonderful views.

PLIONI (sleeps up to 4)
This is the smallest of the group, being 60 m² for four persons. It includes a living-room, a kitchen, bathroom, and a veranda overlooking the water. Upstairs on the left there is a double bed, and on the right a separate bedroom with a traditional wooden double bed.

ELECTRA (sleeps up to 4)
The Electra house is 70 m², and downstairs has a sitting-room, kitchen, bathroom, and a room with a double bed. Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with bathroom, and a balcony above the sea. It is surrounded by verandas with flowers and a view of the deep blue sea.
