This excellent house is very popular with repeat customers and must be booked early. An imposing new two-storey stone house in a wonderful position dominating the pretty Meloi bay. Meloi, just two kilometres outside of the main village of Skala, has a good beach dotted with trees offering shade and a couple of excellent tavernas.

A private road leads up to the house, which has its own private garage. Steps lead up to the ground floor with a huge living room with a full size billiard table, a sitting room, a kitchen, a bathroom. To the front of the house perched above the bay is an amazing veranda-terrace, barbecue area, garden and a small swimming pool. The views from this house from all sides are spectacular, the old town of Chora behind and the bay in front with a spectacular sunrise.

Upstairs there are two light and airy bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds. There is also a large bathroom.

This is a fantastic, spacious and luxurious house in a wonderful position for a perfect holiday for two couples or a family.
