The Gaios waterfront extends to a narrow road, which leads to Mongonisi Bay at the southern tip of Paxos, following the contours of the coast.

A few bays before Mongonisi, on a hillside of olive trees above the coastal road and a sheltered beach, the Kantatha Villas face out to sea with dramatic views towards the Greek mainland.

The villas lie 20 metres apart and privacy is provided by dividing trellis and bougainvillaea. The surrounding olive groves hold no other buildings and there is little to disturb this peaceful location.

Spacious, modern interiors open out on to a wide sea-facing verandah and stone-tiled side terraces which look out to hillsides of pine, cypress and olive trees. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable.

The beach below is a two minute walk away and there are further bays to the north and south within easy walking distance.

Mongonisi Bay, a distance of half a kilometre, has a bar and taverna above a sandy beach.

A hired boat can be moored either at Mongonisi or at Gaios harbour, one and a half kilometres away.

The Kantatha Villas enjoy a secluded location and a car is required to allow clients ease of access to the shops of Gaios and the other island villages.

Each villa has its own private access; open-plan living-dining room and kitchen with french windows leading to a shaded, sea-facing verandah; stairs up to a twin-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower and stairs down to the second twin-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Private barbecue area for each villa.

The villas share a good-sized elevated swimming pool and sun terrace.
