The Country House enjoys peaceful seclusion in the small hamlet of Zernatika, a mile away from Loggos. It sits on the top of the island away from the sea but given that nowhere on Paxos is far from the sea we think that this secluded spot is perfect. The house itsefl is not for those wanting clinical modern accommodation but we love its charm and its location and have had a wonderful stay in this house.  Once a traditional family house it has been renovated carefully to retain its charm and character by preserving many of its original features. The House and large walled garden sit in an olive grove with views across a valley of olive and cypress trees towards the sea. Only the sound of cicadas will break the silence of the location.

To enable our clients to combine their enjoyment of it with easy access to the shops and tavernas in the fishing villages, and to the many beaches, we recommend that they have a car.

Loggos and nearby beaches are only five minutes away by car.

The Country House has an attractive garden of citrus and olive trees enclosing the private pool terraces and will appeal to those wanting to stay away from the busier village life in the peace of a traditional island home with complete privacy.
