This apartment is neither luxurious nor spacious but we love it. It is narrow and unusual in layout but is in the bowels of Venice in Corte del Diavolo (Devil's Courtyard), a perfect place from which to emerse yourself in Venetian life. The Canale Grande and the Rialto bridge are just a short walk as are the outdoor fish and fruit markets for your shopping. With its small terrace with room for a table and four chairs this apartment is everything you need for a great holiday in Venice.

The apartment has been recently restored and refurnished by the owners. It is laid out on two floors: a night area with 4 sofa beds and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and on the first floor a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer and oven) and bathroom with bathtub and a charming small terrace overlooking the Venetian roofs.

Please remember that the apartment is for non – smokers only.

Electricity, water, gas, heating, linen (sheets and towels), cutlery set are included.

Guests are met in Venice and accompanied to the apartment.
