Il Mulino is a charmingly converted old Mill House set in 6 acres of woodland with its own orange grove and landscaped garden running down to the Millstream.

The rustic peace and beauty of the Mulino are only 3 km. from the local market town and a ten minute drive from the internationally famous holiday area of the Costa Smeralda owing its name to the emerald sea and white sandy beaches. This area of the Sardinian coast offers a full range of first class facilities including luxury hotels, marinas, riding and a tennis and golf club as well as excellent restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and night life.

Il Mulino, which is owned and managed by an English resident consists of the original farm cottage and four self contained apartments which have been tastefully converted to combine rustic charm with modern comforts.

Each apartment has its own private patio overlooking the mill stream as well as access to a spacious central courtyard with a barbercue and covered veranda where guests can spend a relaxed evening with friends.

Twenty kms. from II Mulino are the town and port of Olbia from where frequent ferry boats services connect Sardinia with Genova, Livorno and Civitavecchia on the mainland. Daily scheduled flights are available to the main Italian cities and in the summer months direct services to and from France, Germany, Switzerland and Britain.

In addition Olbia is only an hour's ferry boat ride to Corsica and the spectacular port of Bonifacio where one can spend a pleasant day shopping, sightseeing and enjoy a bite to eat in a French trattoria, a glass of white wine on the magnificient port of Bonifacio.

One double bedroom, a small bathroom with shower,  a sitting room with cooking area and dining space.
Pergola area emersed in boganvillea that provide shade for the outside eating area.

All the apartments have been tastefully furnished and decorated and surrounded by gardens and lawns with a large patio of red handmade bricks with a large shaded pergola area for relaxing and eating also in the evening for dinner and aperitives.
