The Torre di Talamonaccio is a medieval Saracen tower later developed by the Spaniards, perched on the cliffs overlooking the sea and the beautiful Tuscan coast. Its position could not be better. To the South it looks over the Argentario promontory and the little village of Santo Stefano and the neighbouring walled town of Talamone. To the North there are views over the natural park of the Uccellina and out to sea are the islands of Montecristo, Giglio and Giannutri. This is a great place from which to explore Tuscany, visit the neighboroughing vineyards of Scansano or just enjoy the great beaches all around. The tower and the adjoining building set in private gardens have been completely restored to make an extraordinary holiday home.

The ground floor: Spacious dining area with fireplace, fully equiped modern kitchen and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with shower, one with tub and one with both.

First floor: Staircase to the first floor. Large living room, equipped with air conditioning and fireplace and 180° views from large French windows. This living-room is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and couches on one side and on the other there is a rectangular antique wooden table which can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The living rooms leads onto a large terrace divided between a dining area and relaxation with deckchairs and sunloungers.

The tower: Stairs from the ground floor lead up to the tower which has two floors The first floor has a double bedroom, with small bathroom containing shower facilities, walk in wardrobe and living room corner. The second floor gives access to a small terrace.

The Talamonaccio Tower is equipped with satellite television, direct telephone, internet, jacuzzi. Every window has mosquito nets; every bedroom has ceiling fans; the living room has air conditioning.

The Tower also has its own independent walking trail which leads directly to the sea, and its own private sunbathing deck with the possibility of private boat docking.
