Villa Angelica is situated in the countryside ten minutes from Massa Lubrense on the Sorrentine Peninsula.  Perhaps the most beautiful stretch of coast in the world the peninsula is also close to Pompei, Naples and of course Capri.

The interior of the peninsula is also beautiful with ancient villages, lemon trees, century–old olive groves and Mediterranean bush, all set against a background of incomparable views over the sea below.

Villa Angelica is a large 19th Century villa set on a lush hillside. It has been restored and converted into 3 apartments, sharing the pretty garden and swimming pool.

The apartment on the ground floor leads directly into the garden. The apartments set on the first floor enjoy private terraces with great views of the surrounding countryside, the coastline and the isle of Capri.

Apartment Giardino (sleeps 4) – Ground Floor

Living/dining room leading out into the garden, down three steps into a equipped kitchen area. One double bedroom. One twin bedroom. One bathroom with shower.

Apartment Vesuvio (sleeps 4) – First Floor

Kitchen/sitting room with fireplace. Large terrace with garden furniture and view over the Vesuvio. Double bedroom with bathroom. Twin bedroom with bathroom. Outside spiral staircase to the garden and swimming pool.

Apartment Capri (sleeps 3)

Ground Floor: Living room with a terrace and beautiful view of Capri. Small full equipped kitchen.
1st Floor: Inside spiral staircase to the first floor. One double bedroom with Capri view. One single bedroom. One bathroom with shower. Access to the garden and swimming pool.

The access to the villa is by a very narrow road and the large cars are not recommended.

Within walking distance there is a charming hamlet with small shops and two good restaurants.

Distances: Sorrento, 6 km; Pompei, 30 minutes by train from Sorrento; Capri, 15 minutes by boat from Sorrento; Positano, 16 km; Amalfi, 30 km;  Napoli, 60 km; Roma, 260 km.
