Three houses

The main house
    -    The facade of the large house faces the sea. It is spacious, luxurious and very comfortable. The house has a living room, and a large   dining room with views, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace for watching the sun go down and a patio protected from the wind for breakfast. There are four double rooms on the ground floor each with its own bathroom and a large master bedroom on the first floor with dressing area and large barhroom giving a total of 100m2 with a panoramic view over the bay.

The second house
    -    The second house is smaller but fully equipped, with living room, and kitchen and two double rooms. This is perfect for a family unit wishing to be with the group but have privacy.

The beach house
    -    A « beach-house », just above the beach, perfectly laid out  with the interior in wood. This is perfect for a couple who want peace and quiet. The house has a bathroom and a corner kitchen.

The property is situated at no. 4, Allée Jean-Armand Daney, half way between the dune and the centre of the village of Moulleau. The house is less that 100 metres from a grocery store.

The boat
Included in the price of the house, is also the use of a very attractive 12 Metre boat « Beacher » that can carry 12 together with skipper Benoît. This is an exceptional advantage as it allows guests to get full benefit from the bay and its beautiful sandbanks which provide a lot of the charm and uniqueness of Pyla.
